“I know your deeds, your love and faith, your service and perseverance, and that you are now doing more than you did at first.” Revelation 2:19

The saddest thing in my life, as I look back over it, has been those people who I gave up on too quickly. I wish that I could go back and could have been more patient with them because I have a tendency, not a bragging right, to give up on people too quickly.  That’s a sadness that I have to live with.

Dear John Perkins, Thank you for revealing your heart in mentioning this in the blog.Because I felt that a leader I was under gave up on me. He never said it, but I felt it, so I left that ministry. It’s hard to for me to move forward knowing that I’m a big disappointment. But one thing I do know God has been carrying me throughout my life, that’s what I hang on to. I just want to encourage you. I believe by you making that statement it will began to heal the hurt that we feel, and the sadness that you have. thanks for a fathers heart. Cheryl
